The AA is warning that cheap car insurnace is disappearing fast and that the average customer is finding a raise around £50 per year in just the last three months.
Young drivers being hit the hardest by far and with gender differences being outlawed soon this is sure to take another hike up for girls in particular, indeed many insurance companies simply will not insure anyone under the age of 21 such is the risk.
The other factor driving up the premium for us all is the vast increase in the number of claims for whip lash and compensation, something which has found its way over from accross the pond and compounded by the insurance companies themselves selling the details of claimants to accident claims companies.
